This August we bring to you an amazing month-long program of Seafood and Semillon, as part of the local Love Seafood - Tastes Port Stephens program. It’s a well-known fact that Hunter Valley Semillon is a perfect accompaniment to seafood, and this August we bring the two icons to the table. Incredible Port Stephens Seafood, and world-renowned Hunter Valley Semillon from Thomas Wines. There’s something for every kind of seafood lover. Midweek lunches, cooking demonstration, wine dinner, marine inspired spa treatments and the ultimate seafood and wine weekend to top it all off.

This August join us as we celebrate all things seafood at the water's edge.
Take a seat at the chef's table as chef Michael Jenkins lets you in on his trade secrets. Learn how to prepare whole fish from tip to tail, and using the whole fish make superb fish stock, bisque, dumplings, curries and magical share platters. Enjoy a two-course seafood share plate lunch and tasting by Thomas Wines.

The ultimate weekend escape for seafood & semillon lovers. Enjoy our signature 5 course Seafood & Semillon wine dinner with Thomas Wines, and later retreat to your seaside haven for an overnight stay. Start your Sunday right with our signature sparkling Semillon breakfast for two.

Fresh from our pristine shores, this August we’ll be offering a seafood lunch series at The Galley Kitchen. Two courses perfectly paired with a glass of Thomas Wines Semillon for $55 per person.
