Be entertained by the charismatic wine maker Andrew Thomas as he takes you on a journey of Semillon perfectly matched with pristine seafood from the depths of Port Stephens, with a 5 course Seafood and Semillon wine desgustation by Executive Chef Michael Jenkins.
Thommo as he’s known around the wine trade, has been making wine for more than 30 years, at home in the Hunter Valley. He learned his craft from his winemaker father, and honed his passion for Semillon and Shiraz during his ‘stewardship’ at the great Tyrrell’s from 1987 to 1999.
It's a well know fact that Hunter Valley Semillon is a perfect accompaniment to seafood and we look forward to sharing these two local icons with you when join us seaside this August.
