Take your seat at the chef’s table at this Tip to Tail Cooking demonstration brought to you by resident chef Michael Jenkins. Followed by 2 course share plate seafood lunch and Thomas Wines tasting.
Chef will demonstrate creating sublime fish stock to bisque, dumplings to curries and sumptuous share plates all from locally caught sustainable seafood.
